If I run sbuild as root (i.e, sudo sbuild [..]) then the bug isn't triggered.

Per lechner suggestion at #debian-devel @ IRC, let me share here a potential
root cause for this issue.
The nsswitch.conf file is different inside/outside the schroot:
(bullseye-amd64-sbuild)root@tools-package-builder-04:/build/toollabs-webservice-Oe7KMY#

I found a potential workaround.
* inside the schroot I deleted the local user defined as 'aborrero'
* then chown the build dir to uid/gid from outside the schroot
(bullseye-amd64-sbuild)root@tools-package-builder-04:/build/toollabs-webservice-Oe7KMY#
