I am just windering if anyone has an idea what I could try next. When in win98, i get sound, and when I look at the device driver info it shows: io range=0534-0537 irq=10 dma=1 When I try to load the alsa module with this command, here's what it says: modprobe snd-cs4231 port=0x534 irq=10

I am also having troubles with 0.9.5. I was able to arecord/aplay my vxpocket using ALSA 0.9.4. vxloader was run manually and worked ok. After switching to 0.9.5, I am unable to get vxloader to locate a VX-Compatible card ... ? Regards, Scott.
