Larry,
you can download a copy here: www.dk3wn.info/files/RASCAL_1.1.1.zip
If you want to use MixW for decoding take the 1k2 PSK mode ( Mode - Packet

But please, use the RASCAL software. All decoded telemetry packets going

A few years ago I was doing a satellite demo at the Boy Scout Camporall as
K9BSA, working the ISS repeater, when one of the astronauts picked up the mic
and said hi to the scouts. You should have seen their faces! He spent the
last few minutes of the pass telling

Hey everyone,
I am heading up the July 4th 13 Colonies Special Event again this year. I am
still in need of a satellite operator from NH, CT, NJ, and most likely RI.
If you are from one of those states and want to be a part of the event email
me directly.

Thanks,
Thanks for the assistance in locating the software. I just took another look
on dk3wn's site and unless I'm doing something wrong, I don't see it in the
software page anywhere. Yet it is on the other page.
Guess that's what I get for not fully checking out Mike's page - which I
sure will do now!
This seems to be the season for milestones. Congrats to Nick, KB1RVT,
who worked me today in EK97 for his Grid #600. That's an impressive
number in anyone's book, but all those grids were worked in just his
first two years, and on top of that, the only antenna he used was an

After the just completed VO52 pass that started here at 26/0111Z, I
checked with the ship's bridge watchstanders who confirmed that we won't
cross into EK98 in time for the next VO52 pass; we won't cross the line
until a half hour or so afterward. That's too bad because that

John,
Thanks for the info. I was planning on sending out some cards this weekend.
Yuri,
I second John comment about your work in getting all these wet grids. I do
really appreciate it. Hope you have a very restful, enjoyable, and
deserving vacation. Thanks again.

Who was the EN96 on today on the 2200Z pass of AO51? I thought I copied it as
VE3TYN but according to QRZ.COM that isn't correct.
Just picked up a Kenwood TM-251A and it sure hears the sats great. Glad I got
it to use on the FM birds.

Omar (XE1AO) and I (LU6QI) made a QSO on AO7 in SSB Mode B at 2355 UTC
on March 25, 2011, during orbit 66392. I also contacted in the same
