of Madrid, I was listening to the SAT and it stopped/interrumped
suddenly its transmissions while it was still in a theorical "sunny or

is no centralised repository for this information that is available as a
web service which could be polled to get updates..
Mike Rupprecht DK3WN and a number of AMSAT sites have a rich set of info as
web pages but

I do cross platform ones for the day job and you can end up with the lowest
common denominator in terms of functionality.

About 25 years ago Maplin Electronics (UK) provided a RX kit for FM
reception of UoSat 2 it had doppler correction by changing the vxo by
reading the discriminator voltage and adjusting it.
Does anyone have one of these kits lurking on their shelf, either built
of still a bag of bits?

One thing I learned the hard way about Hamtronics converters is that
they can't take any transitory transmit RF. Just powering up my old
TS-440S with a UHF Hamtronics converter attached would blow the MMIC.

We are pleased to announce that we've released a new version of the app!
This now uses my Java port of John Magliacane's Predict SDP4 to support
the elliptical orbit CubeSats to be launched on VEGA.
The app is free and is available for download from the Android Marketplace.
