a CubeSat can support a linear transponder running 2 or 3 watts

On the subject of Mars, George Boorer ZL3PN used the landing to get some good

I don't know what the proposed orbit is. The last Vega CubeSat launch was a
short lifetime but elliptical 1441 km by 310 km orbit.
