Great news, Rick. Thanks for passing it along. Once I figured out how to
upload satellite QSOs to LOTW from ACLog, I began hoping the league woul
Boy, after playing with this on LOTW, we may need an 'owners manual'. I

Well, it's not that easy...
You need to have (at least) all the "regular" QSO info.
Then you need to have the following in your ADIF:

I have some (not all that many!) satellite QSO's confirmed on LOTW
for the DXCC countries. I've been sending in my logs for abo

Hi Ted,
I am not sure but I believe you have to have the SAT name as well.
This you can edit in the TQSL program if you need to.

Is there a logging standard that will make sure that LOTW finds the "match"?
I know the time does not have to be dead-on, but what other fields are a
must? Does anyone know, or is there a document that tells
mple, what are
the minimum number of fields that must be in the ADI (upload) file?

Early last year I finally got around to uploading satellite contacts (also
following the guidelines at
http://www.arrl.org/files/file/LoTW%20Instructions/N5JB.pdf) and got these
results:
You have 4,675 QSO records
You have 135 QSL records
Although I always log the first contact with a station,

So, I surmise from the deafening silence, that no one who was at Dayton
actually talked to an ARRL person about the excessive VUCC fees and the
problems with LoTW properly scoring sat contacts? (2 subjects which were
heatedly discussed here on this forum).
