I have logfiles with different logfile formats that I want to put into the
same analog report.
Some of them are apache logfiles and some of the have a custom
logfile format.
What is the best way to put them into the same analog configuration file?

What you're really looking for is a report on a field analog doesn't already
know about. This has been on the wishlist for a long time. Your question
indicates some of the problems with it: how's analog to know what the format
of the data is -- e.g. several comma-separated values in this case?
