I have tried without LOGFORMAT and nothing happens here either. No LOGFORMAT
works fine on the example log file but not on mine.

header and footer then in the general summary section the line:

If I insert LOGFORMAT MS-COMMON (or just COMMON)
I get an additional report line stating the number of corrupt lines:

Since replying earlier on (copied below) I have tried using Analog Picker
and when I set it to 'add date to every line' the report runs fine.
I have not figured out what command it is inserting yet - but it works which
is the main thing! The trials of being a novice!
