OUTFILE has no significance when run in CGI mode through anlgform.pl. The information is sent to STDOUT (the screen/browser) in CGI always. In order to get charts in the form mode, you MUST set CHARTDIR to the URL where the charts are stored and LOCALCHARTDIR to the *path* where the charts are st
