Title: Exclude a specific OS from the OS report
Hi,
I'm using analog 5.32 on a Windows 2000 system.
This works fine for the browser report:
BROWSERREP off
BROWREPCOLS RrPp
BROWREPSORTBY PAGES
BROWREPFLOOR 0.1%p
BROWSERSUM on
BROWSUMCHART on
BROWSUMSORTBY PAGES
BROWSUMCOLS RrPp

might be a stupid question but how do i
exclude subdomains
from my requests?
if the domain is
kuk.mydomain.de
i only want to analyse mydomain.de and
www.mydomain.de
tried
REQEXCLUDE http*://kuk.mydomain*
FILEEXCLUDE http*://kuk.mydomain*
but that didnt work, whats the right EXCLUDE here?
HOSTEXCLUDE kuk.mydomain.de
will exclude all requests by that computer from the statistics
To exclude lines just from one specific report, see

>From reading the docs, it seems that these directives should prevent all listings of my own site from dominating my analog report:
HOSTEXCLUDE *mrtoads.com
REFSITEEXCLUDE *mrtoads.com
REFREPEXCLUDE *mrtoads.com
REDIREXCLUDE *mrtoads.com
HOSTREPEXCLUDE *mrtoads.com
REDIRHOSTEXCLUDE
HOSTEXCLUDE will remove any lines with *hosts* that match *mrtoads.com
from *all*reports.
All the other commands only affect particular reports and don't match
because they are looking for strings that end in mrtoads.com.
Try this:
REFREPEXCLUDE *mrtoads.com*
REFSITEEXCLUDE *mrtoads.com*

I want to exclude my
stats pages from being included in my results... all my stats pages are in a
folder called stats. I tried putting this line in my cfg file but I hasn't made
any changes when I run analog.
FILEEXCLUDE
D:\websites\live\jobfinder\public_html\stats\*
Try
FILEEXCLUDE \stats\*
Analog is working from your webserver logs - which doesn't store full
filenames. You need to configure it as your log would show it.

I've read through the docs a few times, and I'm confused about how to
exclude a range of IPs from being reported on in the logs.
What I want to do is tell analog to ignore anything originating from the
LAN, which would begin with 192.168.x.x
I read up on http://www.analog.cx/docs/include.html

I had hoped that REFARGSEXCLUDE /cgi-bin/* would eliminate

HOSTEXCLUDE will exclude that host's lines from the whole report.
HOSTREPEXCLUDE will exclude that host just from the Host Report.

I do not want requests from my domain to increment the General Stats or
