Greetings again- Well I think I may have figured part of it out...I placed the dc.ooks file (what ever that stands for) onto my desktop. That at least puts me a step closer than I was before. It would be nice now to assign a letter so I could access it anytime other then desktop. I tried using

What I found out back in the days when I had to dial in ... There are two EPPPD programs, which were bundled into one package when I visited the site. One program works with PAP/CHAP and one works only with PAP [or is it only with CHAP?] ... anyway, some people can only use the combined version
