Some webmasters do listen and are willing to change things to give
access to Arachne users like the webmaster of amsat.org.
The city of Eindhoven is another example, but mostly you are laughed at
and advised to buy a 'real' computer.

I went to F-PROT's web site, "http://www.f-prot.com"; today
and I found that the site no longer works with Arachne.
Does anybody know of an ftp site or an alternative web site
where I might be able to download the latest version of
