I think i can comment on reasons to choose ARR over HJ for Hindi Ghajini...
1. Aamir Khan trusts ARR more than anyone else
2. Tamil Ghajini had 2 mesmarizing songs and rest were Ok sort of songs.
3. HJ's music had a lot of South Indian touch in

RHTDM failure was nothing to do with HJ. It was not presented properly to
Hindi audience. Or they chose a wrong story to be remade. Minnale songs are
awesome. No questions!
