Those fields are all unlimited. I know some of them weren't but it seems to get stuck at the CAI:EventParams part. But anyone know if creating the column in SQL 2005 is ok or do I have to do something else to bring that column back? For example, deleting the field and recreating it? Importing the

I found the same issue when submitting Service Requests from Advanced Interface Forms through to Work Order. However, modifying the fields on the AIF to the appropriate data length and changing the SRM:Request SR Type Fields to be unlimited worked fine, there was no need to touch the CAI forms. On

Jason, Check if the 'Advanced' checkbox is ticked ON for any table under Table/Tree property on any of the asset form from where you get this error. If so disable it and retest. I recall this error couple of years back and unchecking the box fixed the issue. Hope it helps. Thanks, Mohan On

I am as well. We upgraded from a prior version of SRM and had a BMC person here doing some minor custom stuff, so I wonder if there was a problem in the upgrade because of that. That should be ok as I plan to restore my DB from production and do a new install of 2.2. Perhaps that would help.
