Looks like I have to write custom workflow for each of the Date/Time field that
is being referenced in notifications for calculating the offset between GMT and
the users' time zone.

applications every 3-4 years (so you are not unsupported).

the Labels section of these buttons on the Dev Studio.. Have you by any chance
got a space in there instead of setting those labels to NULL??
