Hi Tauf,
You do not have to add any AR users manually. That facility can be used for
adding user in SSO manually though.

Thanks Vijai.
One more question. If I already have LDAP authentication setup within
AR, do I still follow the doc as far as setting up the AR Authentication
Chain and all that? If I want to use LDAP authentication, do I select
the LDAP options instead?
Actually, that was more than 1 question.
Hi Tristan,
It sounds like AR Server isn't licensed.
Maybe it was a temp license key that has now expired?
Does the original key have any additional information in the License
Qualifier field that was removed by the upgrade?
Cheers

Vijai,
Consider the following:
1. Ability to map user SSO user X to AR System user Y.
2. Mis-matched case between SSO user X and AR System x.
3. Localised AD integration using full IWA (Kerberos+NTLMv2).
4. Removal of the BMC AREA LDAP plugin to remove the security issues

I would try to answer your question. First of all there are many reasons

Hi all,
anybody knows how to reset the incident number in ITSM 7.6.03 (Help Desk) ?.
In Previous versions (7.0 or 7.1) I could set it with the Ticket Number

don't know how could I do it.
Thank you very much in advance.!!!
Hi Marcelo,
Last summer, BMC Remedy was supposed to release version 8 which would have been
a new release. However, they decided to change their numbering conventions and
released what would have been version 8 as 7.6.03 instead. I was on a webinar
with them regarding the new release and

finally I could do it.

Thanks.
Every bit as helpful as the old one. The interface is different, the
content, while presented differently, doesn't seem to be significantly
better, at least so far.

To really leverage SSO, ideal setup should be all LDAP auth to happen at Atrium
SSO and all AR users authenticate with Atrium SSO. So you would need to
configure your LDAP at Atrium SSO level. Doing so would have all users on LDAP
leverage SSO.
