The plugin consists of a jar containing the plugin itself, some configs that need to happen in several files, and a set of forms and workflow to utilize the plugin. Essentially turning a 'Push-Modify' operation into a separate transaction. -Original Message- From: Action Request System

Also check to make sure you have proper ulimits. Do a ulimit -a and ensure that you have "unlimited" for open files, max memory, etc. In the past I have had issues because there was a limit on the number of open files just something to check. Sean From: Action Request System discussion

Changing QBE

2012-11-12 Thread Brittain, Mark
Hi All, I have a custom form with about 250K records and QBE on the Assigned Group field is Leading. Queries on this field are running slow and sometimes timing out. The obvious action I think is to change this to Equal. What exactly is being changed? AR Server? Database? What would be the im

Mark, Very little is being changed, but with possibly high impact. All that is being changed is how Remedy Server queries the field when a value is put into the field. I'll give you some examples of the three options. Assume you have a char field named 'Field'. When you put 'test' into that

Panel holder tab default.

This should be a simple question but I'm not seeing it. If I have a panel holder with several panels in it, can I choose the default active tab when the form is opened without re-ordering the panels? In other words, I have 4 tabs and when the form is opened, tab 3 becomes the active tab instead

Ron, This makes total sense, but no, I do not believe there is any configurable method for that. Best bet is to build an AL on window loaded that sets it to the tab you want. -Original Message- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG] On Behalf

You could always do an Active Link on Window Open or Window Loaded to set the current panel. A simple Set Fields action where you set the Panel Holder to the db Name of the panel you want to show. Fred From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG] On Behal
