Yes there is a menu attached to the field but I need to restrict users to type
any value doesn't exist in the menu values. If there is any other solution to

I think David's suggestion to use the Drop-Down List option is the best
solution for you. This was a great addition to ARS in my opinion (version 7
I think?) and eliminated the need for pattern matching against $MENU$ almost
everywhere for me at the time.

Actually Sean, a lot of companies have opened up YouTube and some other
social networking sites due to the necessity of those sites in their daily
business. It's actually a pretty widely used medium. Take a look at SAP's
quick web training for their BI products. They are all on a YouTube channel.
Youtube is also the closest thing I've found to training materials for Abydos
now that it's included with the ITSM suite. That alone would make it worth
getting your management to unblock it for you for business reasons.
