I thought I would share this here since the topic of "is BMC listening to
customers?", "do they do any kind of usability testing?", "I would love to
have input on the ITSM UI" comes up on occasion.

Hi,
I have tried to open HPD:INC:KPI_ServiceDesk this flash board variable in
Developer studio 8.1 but it takes more than 10 min.
Other flash board variables are opening fine.

RemedyOnDemand as a geographically resilient PAAS supporting custom

Hi Mark,
I have just performed the same steps you have (granted I am working on an 8.1
version of ITSM) without any issues.
What was the field you added? Did it have a "Zero" length or a length greater
than 255? (if this was the case you would not have seen the value at all)

Thank you! I glad to see I am not the only skeptical one. I don't see our

My other question is cost? It sounds expensive licensing wise.

This is what I am doing in a nutshell. I don't get any error, but Title

I would say some tips and tricks on creating BIRT reports. I see some
potential to do some cool things, just haven’t had the time to sit down and
play with BIRT the way it would take to figure that out on my own. A

Good suggestion on classes in eg Java-- I would hope at some point for a

I seem to remember that problem with initial 7.6.04...I logged it as a

changed jobs a few times since then so I don't remember the hotfix...but
there was one.

Just wondering -- has anybody seen those funny helmets that BMC sells with

Looks like - you are supposed to put on this helmet cam with 3 GoPros
attached to it - and walk the halls of your company. Behind the scenes it
is cataloging the photos and creating a 3D map for MyIT.
