Looks like you have a bug to open with BMC.A plugin should never be able to
kill the server process
I've seen the ServerAdmin plugin fail for different reasons.
Sometimes it won't resolve and comes up looking for a server of
{yourServerName}.dummy.host.com (You can see this in the plugin.
i've seen this issue and normally you are running the version in thee
database does not match with your application

Are you are getting an error in your log files?
If you let it time out a couple of times do you get an actual error message?

Please keep us posted. I’ve deployed MyIT 2.5 to production for pilot testing
but without HTTPS. My plan is to also deploy it outside of our firewall
eventually with HTTPS.

A quick question to those who went this route when migration OS.
Need to migrate Linux Redhat form v5 to v6. I have three ARS8.0 servers in
a server group. To minimize installation time (ARS+ITSM+SLM+SRM…) using a
fresh database, I am thinking may be best to set up a new machine with v6

Hi
Will see if I can check today. The frustrating thing is that these bugs
appear to have been fixed in MYIT 2.5.
I am downloading MYIT 2.6 today and will be trying it out to see if it
fixes the problem - although I am not holding my breath. I have also logged
a call with BMC Support cause, in my
