Looks like you have a bug to open with BMC.A plugin should never be able to kill the server process I've seen the ServerAdmin plugin fail for different reasons. Sometimes it won't resolve and comes up looking for a server of {yourServerName}.dummy.host.com (You can see this in the plugin.
