Studio didn't help, and afterall I patched the ARS with SP3 (no ITSM
applications, just ARS). Now everything looks ok, and I can create copies
of my regular forms.

You may create the change template with the task or task group templates
configured for it, and then populate the "TemplateID" field with the change
template instance id. But I used this for the new change create, and I
don't know if this would work for the existing change.

What OS are you installing to? And what database?
If that's Windows/MS SQL, the server OS should be localized, and Russian
MUI should be installed. Best case is if you're using the Russian version
from the very beginning.

Just for your information - the code scanner is built in the mobile Smart
IT apps, and you could use it for the rapid access to the assets in the
Atrium CMDB. The bar/qr code could be generated basing on the serial number
value in the asset record in Remedy Asset Management.

Jason is right: now you can attach the task templates only to the changes.
Is there an option to use the Process Designer? You could try to develop a
process that would create the tasks after the Incident had been created.

modifications to run the command-line gnokii instructions - and you have
free sms notifications for your system. But you should check if your
GSM-modem is compatible with Gnokii.
