We have recently run into a TON of ARERR 9201 errors in our load balanced
environment. We were using MT 7.6.04 SP4 but just upgraded to MT 8.1.01 SP1
hoping it would resolve these issues. Unfortunately, these errors have not gone
away. We have a sticky session enabled for

We just started having the same problem this week using 7.6.04 SP4. I was given
a mid tier hotfix that has seemed to wrap text all my columns and tables. Now
everything looks very obscured and it is going to cause some complaints from
our end users, unless there is a way to configure the wrap

We are using Remedy 7.6.04 and plan on migrating from Exchange 2007 to Exchange
2013. Has anyone gone through this yet? I understand there are some issues with
Exchange 2010 and incoming emails into Remedy so I am preparing for more
incompatibility with 2013.
