John,
Are you able to dissect the SQL that is causing the SMS feed to take so
long? What is the escalation doing? Use you escalation to set a flag, then
you can use a Filter to do the work for you. Maybe you are asking the
escalation server to do too much for work you?

Best thing to do would be to export a data file from the Remedy User tool
into an XML format (as opposed to ARX). If you export data from the form

Hi again,
I am really struggling to find a solution for this one. I have tried
executing the Web Service form an Escalation and it did suppress the error

failure message.
Any ideas? Half ideas?

Hello everyone,

Hello everyone, i hope you are all well.
I am buying a new laptop to use as a Remedy demo system. I would like to

Can anyone recommend a good laptop that can handle al

This may not have answered your question
exactly, but I do find that all of this up front work pays off at the end.
BTW - ARS v7 has some great built in
auditing functionality. Just switch it on and you have immediate field
auditing in place.

I have done this in the past by creating
multiple ODBC data sources and then joining them together with your third
party tool. Besides that (as far as I know), you have to create the join

Derek,
I did pretty much the same thing, although
I did not know about the Java Service Daemon so I am still running on Port
8080. When I install the Mid-tier, I just download the WAR file and pop
it into the Tomcat webapps directory. I then stop and start Tomcat and
it extracts the WAR file for
new features).
Just though I would share that with
