If it's on the Request Entry side, check and possibly flush the user

He's probably talking about the Data Migration tool that ships with ITSM now.
It accepts data from spreadsheets so you could export 7/import 7.6.

green 'a la carte' support model. There's no distinction between external and
internal, you need only cover the number of licensed users. The complication
arises if you allow guest user access; for that, he recommended
We use SRM 2.2 to allow users to see their incidents and requests without
actually entering the ITSM suite; they don't have unlimited search abilities

We were in similar circumstances when our sales rep left the company with no
notice but BMC was much proactive in our case. Within a matter of a few days,
we met the sales manager (he flew out from Texas) who officially informed us of
the change and assigned an inside sales rep to work with us
in a subsequent patch.

We're on CMDB 2.1 p003; while applying p005, we receive an error that indicates
we should change Submitter Mode from Locked to Changeable. However, this is
not identified as a prerequisite for the patch and hasn't been for any previous
patches we've applied. Has anyone encountered this? Thank
