We are about to launch into production.
A new release of SRM is going to be out soon. Best to wait until then.
It's a pretty robust product and really makes the end user experience
easier.
2.0 has its bugs and the new 2.1 release will address a lot of issues.

I thought the recommended config is to have the midtier server as close to
the clients as possible.
For example.
Ohio = midtier for Ohio users
India = ar server
Where India = midtier and arserver would be very slow for ohio users.

Hi,
I get the same error but the survey response actually still goes through.
It's annoying to the user because it doesn't look like it worked but it did.
I tried setting the fields to public write access but it still gives that

Hi,
I think you have to modify the /install dir/conf/server.xml file.
There is an attribute called Connector port = 8080.

Hi,
There is a canned report called Assignment Log Data Group Assignment to
Incidents.
I haven't really looked at it.
But looking at it briefly now it looks like it tracks time according to when
it changes Assigned Group and/or Status.
There is another section in the HPD:Help Desk form that
will do the trick for you.
Someone from the list sent me this just last week.

Hello,
I'm sort of new to all this so please bear with me.
We just went live with Remedy 7, Incident, Change(part of it) and SLM.
However, we had issues with people data imports.
Now I have a development database that is out of date (the people data is
filled with test data).
I would like to
