I just found the patch you need on the patch site. ITSM Atrium
Compatibility Patch 7000. YOu can find it under any of the ITSM
7.0.03 products.
"This patch allows ITSM 7.0.03 patch 009 products to continue to run
once AR and Atrium are upgrade to version 7.5.00"

You can use ITSM 7.01 with ARS 7.5 server. You need to be at ITSM
7.01 Patch 9 or higher and in order to use the 7.5 CMDB you will need
to install the ITSM Atrium Compatability Patch 7.5. I have not seen
the patch on the patch site. It may be bundled with the 7.5 Atrium
Core install files.
