I have the same experience. I performed two new installs on separate boxes
and received the same error. I also had a problem with the SYS:Form Field
Selection form.
Have not received a response from Remedy Support as of yet.
I am trying to configure a newly installed system, received above
messages, does anyone know how to fix it or where to find the
definition?
ARS 7.0 with ITSM 7.0. on windows 2003 with SQL server.

Did the installation finish importing the forms? Check the
installation log for errors.

Did you review the HTML logs when you installed ITSM7? Are you sure all
the forms were imported properly?
