I think we can probably assume this is just inline with the decision way back when to not market the ARSystem by itself. Greatest mistake they ever made (IMHO). BMC has turned Remedy ITSM into bloat ware. One of the many reasons so many organizations are making the jump to SNow. I still say ARS

Either Wikipedia knows something we don't, that AR System is no longer being sold, or this is a reflection of BMC's "Remedy is only a means to ITSM" approach for many years. I guess there is one other option, the ARS article was submitted for deletion by a SNOW employee. https://en.wikipedia.org/w
