and don't get me on the 'product download' section, for the last week whenever I go there I just get a Java error message about access being denied and I can't download patches or products... My VAR has to go get them for me and then I can download them from my VAR, not a good situation :-( On 0

All - Please please please... I encourage each and every one of you who use Firefox to submit a ticket to Remedy Support requesting that they add support for Firefox to the new support site. Knowing how much is paid for support; you'd think they could dedicate an hour or two for cross-browser
