The ARERROR 9011 is Loading of encryption library failed.This error is
occurred because the encryption shared library DLL could not be
successfully loaded. Only Crystal 9 is supported by remedy it has not
updated the driver to 10 or 11. The culprit is the crdb_odbc.dll; you

I narrowed the issue down again.. try this on for size.
Deleted and re-installed. - no change
Tried to use CR logged

modified user to be in admin group - no work
logged in as user - runas admin

Try to uninstall WUT from box where you have CR installed. And install there
WUT 6.3 and try to run report.

from scratch (make it really simple), see if you can get it to show data.
Then open one of the reports that are problematic and select Database /
Set Database location and repoint to the ODBC driver you used to
Looks like CR XI - Release 2 or Version 11.5 or common folder 3.5 might
have some incompatibilites in it..
It works for some forms, but I have found at least one.. that it throws the
error.
