uot; where "firstname.lastname" is the same as the LoginID in CTM:People (which must be the case when using Analytics in Multi-tenancy mode.   Analytics uses the permissions associated with your entry in CTM:People in order to determine which customers you are allowed to report on (in multi-tenancy mode).
