Hi Kathy,
for an older version of ITSM like yours we would recommend a new instance of
ITSM 8.1 rather than any upgrade in place. With a clean install you will know
that you have only taken the customizations that you really need rather than
others? Any recommendations/advise? Warnings? Has anyone worked with
the Amigo program?
