7.6.04 Web Reporting issues

On BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6.04, running a report. When I connect to the mid-tier directly through the apache tomcat I am able to run all of the OOTB WEB or ARSystem reports. When I connect to the midtier through Siteminder - IIS the reports do not run. I am not getting any error messages. The

Look at the IIS and SiteMinder logs. See if it is blocking the request. SiteMinder had some crude XSS checkers built into it's agent that don't work well with Remedy in the past. Maybe their agent has come a long way since the last time I had to deal with the issue, but the agent used to block
