I try doing integration between Remedy ARS 7.5 to SAP Solman, via
webservice. The purpose is to transfer Remedy ticket with SAP category
to Solman, and the Solman update the status back to Remedy after the

records. Just make sure that the WSDL has a function that returns an
array structures so that you can define the Output mapping options in the
filter that consumes web service.

HI ALL,
I want to consume a Web service that returns me a List Type (List of
Tickets\Records).
Will i be able to capture them as different records in the Base Form?
Looks like it is one of the limitations specified in the Integration document.
Any Experience\Information related to this?
