According to support, The Asset Software Usage plugin is dependent on the BCAC
(BMC Configuration Automation for Clients) Federated Data Class
(BCAC_SoftwareUsage). For the 7.6 release this federated class will be used as
the only data source provider of software usage. If you do not use BCAC
