Unfortunately I fear that the majority of folks in Asbury Park ARE happy and do not
comprehend the disfunction of this redevelopment that those of us with a wider knowledge
base observe.

rise in the housing values. Jsut because property "a" sold for X last
week, doesn't make proeprty "b" worth the same/more/less.
A good lender would knock off a percentage of the appraisal so they
