This just in from City Hall via one of my coworkers, who's mom works there: Anyone east of Grand Ave is mandatory evacuation. Strict curfew is 8 pm Saturday evening, no one is allowed out on the streets, boardwalk, etc. The rest of the town is advised to evacuate but not mandatory.
