i dont know if youve been to the new peir village in
long branch yet, but once your on the boardwalk, you
dont even realise your in the middle of all the
condos. the ground floor stores under them, combined
with the new boardwalk buidlings make it nice.

BB, I said paint is about all they did. You brought up boardwalk and
beach condos. I think we established the fact that that haven't
developed as much as a doorframe let alone a condo. We're unsure who
gets the credit/blame for the boardwalk. What else ya got?
