At last nights CM the budget/bond discussion led me to make comment
about the large waste being displayed by both the City and the
Developers in electric consumption.
I brought to their attention the large number of industrial light
fixtures that are on utility poles, City property and the ConHal

the details, however the discussion was about selling approximately
$2.7 Million worth. Councilman Keady asked what the impact would if
they could not be sold.

allowing alcohol sales and consumption on public property, the boardwalk.

I had heard previously that there was a movement to have the
Townhouses, planned for Ocean Ave in front of the Tower, eliminated.
