Money tossed around is an understatement. $800,000 was spent to build a water park next to the Middle School off Bangs Avenue. That's -- Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars -- for a restroom, a couple of spray heads and a fence that's locked most of the time. All on a plot about 50x50 in size.
