business in a year - anybody with a track record isn't welcome here. Old
Man Rafferty's is far from a chain restaurant (and Asbury would probably
benefit from one chain restaurant downtown to bring a crowd)

Which leads us to beleive others are having a tough time. Ole appears

hanging at Raffy's. It's a great place.
Dan J is way off here. Raffy's is exactly what AP needs on so many
levels. Of course Dan J is the guy that announced that we should
have no parking downtown so we don't attract suburbia.
