The biggest asset which is one mile long is the beach. The biggest building on the bw was pretty quiet on entertainment last year. If mm also bought the rights to the phase two and three of wesleygriove how come no one is yelling at them. And im sure someone may relook at the drawings again.

So assume they lose the master developer right (unlikely). They still own the land. Their value is in the land which a new developer can come along and buy based on the right to develop something. If they can build a one bedroom house on one acre, then they would need to find someone who
