a few years back, when the city received money from the state, to restore convention hall. what work was acutally done? i just remember a lot of paiting. that money should have been used on one thing, and not spread so thinly. when the work was done, i still wanst sure what exactly was done.

i dont think its accurate to say that one of the reasons convention hall will never make it, is beacsue of parking. there are blocks and blocks of parking, all the way up to main street. that is how parking was done back in the old days, when things filled up near the beach. there could be a
