I am glad you explained Ram. I was beginning to think that perhaps a new set of
desi-demokrasy paradigms have been introduced, with MP s empowered to call for

*** I was not the one to suggest or imply MRG WAS ULFA's mouthpiece. Since

So far, I have only talked about prison for MRG for being a "negotiator" as
a bad option from the political angle. (assuming the MPs have the power to
send anyone to prison if they wished).
