I think "MOUNOTA BANCHANIYA" may serve the purpose in Assamese. In hindi it may be "MOUN RAHIYE". It is my opinion.

The little Hindi that I learned in high school tells me the Hindi translation
would be, Kripya baat na kare. or, kripya awaz na kare.
