Chris,
Check your BlackRe (Expression to Identify Spam*) and make sure it's not blank.
Blank RegEx strings can cause issues sometimes.

I don't think CVS (or SVN) plays much of a role here.
Having it on sf.net is generally a good thing. If new releases had been
announced on freshmeat, that would reflect an active project as well.

The (*major*) con is that the definition file format for ClamAV changed
and ASSP is not compatible with the current format used - and hasn't
been in a very long time.
I suggest you use another mail-hop for AV processing or use a product
integrated with your MTA.
