I would like to know your experience in providing services to people where they
dial in a number,

Is it successful? Mostly people use calling cards, it is bit different and

I have a small Text to speech demo, I have written. If your in the UK and
you txt "THINK Hello asterisk biz user" to 61199
within a few seconds our asterisk server will call your mobile and say
"Hello asterisk biz user" or whatever you typed in after the THINK keyword.
it will repeat this 3 times
It doesn't diminish your point with respect to other products, but Polycom
and Sangoma both support Asterisk.
We are a Polycom Certified Reseller for Asterisk solutions and Sangoma is
aggressively pursuing the Asterisk market.
