Hi
They would purchase (or refill) the PINs online. I never thought about
performing the purchases via IVR (duh) but that will require additional
development. I'll put that in the plan for a later phase. It would be
targeted at users in the US.
Thanks for your comments.

Business decision. How fast do you want your money? If you're dealing
with Visa/MC/AMEX/Disc and selling to US citizens from foreign shores,
your cash moves about 2-3 days slower. There's all kinds of various

Beware of the Merchant Account
Why not just use Moneris and use e-select plus. It gives you asp, php,
etc, processing capabilities, AND a web-based terminal to perform
transactions manually.
I'm using that, and have a very nice PHP AGI script that does real-time
credit card authorizations in under 2 seconds over the internet.

Alex,
What's wrong with being small? I think a lot of companies have much
more growth potential when they can fess up that they are, in fact, a
1,2,3,10 person operation. I hate going to websites that are all done
up in flash, make claims about their support staff, etc. when it is in
fact

Herman,
Anyone can get a merchant account. It's not hard. Living outside of the
US, however, makes it a little difficult. If you're selling to American
Citizens, you're going to need a US merchant account. If you need an http://www.highriskexperts.com";>international merchant account

Herman,
I would use Paypal. It is most fluid and pretty straight forward to include

I would use Paypal. It is most fluid and pretty straight forward to include in

Before, it was compulsory for people paying you to be member of paypal. Since a

credit from you.
