I was just looking at AGI with PHP myself. I just have a real dumb question. How does
Linux know to send $stdout(or echo) to *? What if there are other apps open as well
waiting for input. WOn't they get the output?
Also, how does the AGI know to read from $stdin is * input?

Hi:
I have a client who would like a proposal for a small Asterisk system. Does anyone
know of a boilerplate proposal that I can copy and modify?
This will include hardware and setup of Asterisk.
Thanks

Siemens seems to have the best value followed by SNOM and Mitel.
If someone with experience and comments on any of these that would be helpful.

I would consider GPL my code.
I am just afraid that if SCO bought Digium then they would claim its their code and
sue everyone. Just because I'm paranoid it doesnt mean they are not out to get me. :)

So, if I want to just use Asterisk without worrying, how much does it cost? I mean is
there a cost per installation?

I am sure this has been asked before, but why not use Google newsgroup or at least
