I honestly need to agree with blackbird here. One lesson I learned while designing games is you should at least have, apart from having an idea for the game, have another idea on how the previous idea will work. Confusing? What I mean is, lets say I was building a fighting game.

Depends on what we are talking about in terms of controling sounds and voices. If its tts I simpply write 1 line of code into the game and tts speaks, so its not hard to go and change around unless we are talking displaying text along with the spoken
